Thursday April 22nd at 6PM, celebrate EARTH DAY with us! Jace Tunnell, Director of the Mission-Aransas National Estuarine Research Reserve at the University of Texas Marine Science Institute, will educate us on "nurdles", or tiny bits of plastic that are contributing to ocean pollution, and the program to study them and their impacts. This event will be followed by a field excursion to search for nurdles on April 24th at 10AM at Juno Beach. Details to be presented at the meeting!
