The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency granted state assumption of the Section 404, Clean Water Act program to the State of Florida in December. Susan Martin and John Fumero, Attorneys at Nason Yeager Gerson Harris & Fumero, P.A., will be discussing the assumption process, current permitting coordination, and how the process is going.
