On Wednesday March 30th, Palm Beach County Environmental Resources Management (ERM) will host a scenic walk/run for us at the Loxahatchee Slough Natural Area. First, ERM staff will provide a brief talk about the work they do to maintain and restore the natural areas of Palm Beach County. Then promptly at 5:45pm, we will enjoy a NON-competitive run/walk through either a 4.5 mile course that partly follows the Ocean to Lake Trail or a shorter 3 mile course along the access road that leads directly to the observation tower.  We’ll have a cooler of beverages and snacks waiting for us at the end.
This will be a fun outdoor event so bring a friend or family member (children 10 and older only please – course is not stroller or pet friendly). 

Bring a flashlight or headlamp just in case!
