As founder of the Institute for Regional Conservation (IRC), George Gann has spent the last 40 years working on the conservation of rare plants, the restoration of ecosystems and a host of other conservation and sustainability issues. George has played a leadership role in multiple well-known conservation organizations and implemented ecological restoration projects in both the public and private sectors. George will share about the complexities of working to restore our coastal systems to be vibrant and resilient habitats.
